Hey Hair Lovers!!! My post today is about the simple yet stunning high ponytail trend that is currently hitting the runways and red carpets on the heads of starts such as Adrianna Lima, Lucy Lui and Kate Winslet. I'm in LOVE with high tightly pulled ponytails. They ooze sophistication when worn with an evening gown and scream look at me when worn with funked up make up and chunky gold jewellery. So easy and quick to do and perfect for a night out straight from the office!! Simply run to the loo, get changed, go to the mirror, flip your head upside down and run a wet comb or brush through your hair gathering it at the top and doing it up with a small hair band. Flick your head back over and Bobs ya uncle, Julies ya Aunt you have a banging hairstyle to go to dinner or hit the clubs!
For a softer version maybe tousle the ponytail and backcomb at the top to add volume and femininity. Or wear a big flower band round the top of the ponytail. Use your imagination!
Any outfit, Anytime, Any place, The high ponytail will make you stand out and really bring out the beautiful face that so many people hide behind a backcombed mass of hair. Show your true beauty and wear the high ponytail with pride!!
