Katy Perrys blond bob with pink highlights caught my eye when I was flicking through a mag earlier. Now I know she's had this look for a month or so but I never really paid attention to it as such.. I'm tanned with dark eyes and features so blond on me is just a NO NO but I do, however, recommend this funky and fresh look to those who can pull off blond because it looks AMAZING!!!
