With the spring 2012 Fashion collections having run the runway it’s now time to look to the spring 2012 hairstyles that accompany those amazing fashion collections.
Fashions elite came out in the 100s to witness some of the most beautiful fashion looks and hair creations made to date. Here are some purse friendly ways of having the same lovely tresses as those who walked the catwalk and of those lucky few who sat front row admiring the pieces displayed in front of them.
With the warm weather spring brings no girl wants to be under a hair dryer or clamping down the straighteners for an hour each morning; luckily for us natural waves and wet look hair ruled the catwalk for the spring 2012 hair looks and are a perfect way to keep and look cool all season long!!
Firstly we have the 'Feather' trend. Jason Wu wowed spectators with his innovative feather creations on the runway. So elegant and soft feathers are the ultimate way to add instant femininity to your overall look. I have found some amazing little feathery pieces at amazing little prices
Pieces like this can be found in Claire’s Accessories. Prices ranging from a minuscule £2.99 - £8.99
My last recommendation for high end hair would be the ‘Wet Look’ that Alberta Ferretti and Alexander Wang favoured in the spring 2012 fashion shows. Seemingly easy to achieve you do need some good products to assist you in getting the wet look just right. Argan oil was used on the runways and can also be used at home. Boots have a ‘Lee Stafford Argan Oil available at £11.99 a bottle. Superdrug has a Proclere version available at a mere £9.99. A small-medium sized amount should be applied to the roots and run sparingly through the ends OR applied to the mid lengths and ends, scrunching as you go.
Now armed with these tips and recommendations there is no excuse not to be up to date with the hair trends this Spring 2012
Franki xoxo
